Santanu Kumar Bhuyan

Santanu Kumar Bhuyan is an experienced business leader in the oils and fats industry, currently serving as the Director and General Manager for West Africa at Bunge Loders Croklaan since October 2020, overseeing supply chain, manufacturing, and sustainability. Prior to this role, Santanu held the position of Vice President at Olam International, managing P&L for edible oils and spearheading investments in oil palm plantations and refineries. Santanu has a robust background, including founding a trading division at Kewalram Chanrai Group and managing business operations for various companies across Africa and India, with expertise in trading, distribution, and market development in the FMCG sector. An MBA graduate from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, Santanu also studied Export Management at the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade and holds a B.Sc. in Agriculture from Orissa University of Agriculture & Technology.
