Joel Julius Samuel has worked in various roles since 2010. Joel Julius began their career as an Intern at Deutsche Bank and Kirloskar Electric Co. Ltd. in 2010. Joel Julius then worked as a Senior Quality Analyst - Business Excellence and Research Analyst - Data Research at Relationship Science from 2011 to 2013. After that, they worked as Lead - Competitive Pricing/Analytics at Amazon from 2013 to 2016. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as Project Manager - Risk Strategy & Transformation at NatWest Group. Most recently, they have been working as a Technical Program Manager at Bungee Tech since 2021.

Joel Julius Samuel has completed a BTech in Bioinformatics from Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences and an MBA in Marketing & HR from the same institution. Joel Julius has also obtained certifications in Business Analyst from Automation Anywhere in May 2019, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from RABQSA, and Software Product Management from University of Alberta.
