Drew Tucker

Drew Tucker is a seasoned professional in technical community management and player support with extensive experience at Bungie since June 2018, where notable achievements include creating a support website for Marathon The Game and training outsource teams on privacy and GDPR processes. Previous roles at Bungie involved leadership and expansion of player support teams, contributing to the success that earned the 2019 Best Community Support Award and nominations in subsequent years. Prior to Bungie, Drew held various positions at Campbellsville University, focusing on web development, marketing, and media relations, while also gaining valuable experience in customer service and management in the cinema industry. Drew holds a Master’s degree in Management and Leadership and a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication from Campbellsville University.
