Mike Fahmie

Mike Fahmie is a seasoned game development professional currently serving as a Feature Lead for Destiny 2 at Bungie since September 2023. Prior to this role, Mike held the position of Engineering Manager for YouTube Playables and Stadia at Google from January 2022 to July 2023. As the Founder of Fifth Column Games, Mike led the development of several notable titles, including Top Shot and NBA2K17, from September 2011 to January 2022. Previous experience includes roles as Lead Engineer at Crowdstar, where Mike contributed to the successful Happy Island title, and as an Embedded Graphics Engineer at NVIDIA, writing and debugging drivers for embedded applications. Additional programming roles at Page 44 Studios and Santa Cruz Games further highlight a robust background in the gaming industry, supported by an education from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
