Prior to this role, Tobias held various senior positions at Globality, Inc., including Sr. Director of Customer Success, where expertise in AI-powered B2B marketplaces was leveraged. Earlier experience includes leadership roles in business development and operations at eRevalue and CF Partners (UK) LLP, as well as co-founding LeapCR, a sustainability engagement platform. Tobias commenced a career with Bloomberg New Energy Finance, contributing to its growth into a global leader in clean energy and carbon market data, following prior analytical roles at Bloomberg L.P.
