Carlos Frank R.

Carlos R. is the founder of Parachute Group, a Digital Innovation Hub and Nexgen Service Provider, established in October 2019, with a mission to empower small and rural businesses in the digital era through fair wages, benefits, and working conditions. Prior to this, Carlos served as a Program Manager at Boeing Intelligence & Analytics from 2012 to 2015 and worked as an Apprentice at Sheet Metal Workers' Local Union #9 from July 1997 to September 2001, where the commitment to improving wages and working conditions for workers in the Sheet Metal Industry was a core focus.
