Prior to this role, Dean was the Manager of Enterprise Applications at Unilever, handling SAP ECC 6.0 system requests from March 2008 to June 2012, and served as VP of Operations and Platinum SAP Consultant at Terra Firma Consulting from June 1998 to February 2008, where Dean implemented critical SAP solutions for various clients. Dean holds an MBA in Finance and Economics from Northwestern University and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
