Matt Christie

Mr. Christie is a Senior Engineer with BLE’s Construction Services department. With more than 20 years of experience, he has worked as a Construction Services engineer on large industrial, commercial, and residential projects across the country. He is responsible for the management of construction materials testing and special inspections projects, including coordinating the engineering technicians and managing all project data. Throughout his career, Mr. Christie has been involved with large DOT projects, many industrial projects, and multiple 1,000,000+ square feet regional distribution centers.

Mr. Christie holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Clemson University and is a registered Professional Engineer in South Carolina. Mr. Christie is a native of the Greenville area where he currently resides with his wife, son, and dog. He and his wife enjoy spending time watching their son play baseball and football and they spend most summer weekends at the lake or ball field. As a graduate of Clemson University, Matt is all in for the Tigers and enjoys cheering them on year-round!
