Judd Young

Judd Young has extensive experience in workplace relations and human resources, currently serving as General Manager of Workplace Relations & Workforce Planning at Bunnings since February 2012. Prior roles at Bunnings include Head of Employee Relations & Governance, HR Operations Manager (AU/NZ), and National Employee Relations Manager. Prior to joining Bunnings, Judd held positions at Kmart Australia Limited as Legal Counsel & Senior ER Advisor, and at the Australian Industry Group as a Workplace Relations Advisor. Judd began a career in law as a Lawyer at White Cleland from April 2005 to June 2008. Judd holds a Bachelor of Laws/Science degree from Monash University, completed between 1999 and 2004, encompassing studies in Law and Psychology.
