Michael Schneider

Michael Schneider is the current CEO at Bunnings. Prior to this, they served as the State Operations Manager at Bunnings from January 2005 to December 2007. In this role, they were responsible for leading and developing high performing store and area teams. Michael also supported the execution of the Group's capital reinvestment into the NSW/ACT store network.

From January 2001 to December 2005, Schneider served as the General Manager Operations & Human Resources at The Warehouse Group. In this role, they were responsible for improving merchandising performance, making effective and informed capital management decisions, and lowering COBD through renegotiation of contracts and a more uniformed labour management program. Additionally, they oversaw the development of HR processes, including more effective in store safety and return to work practices.
