Muni Raja Kumar Dharmavaram has a strong background in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with extensive experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, and DevOps Delivery Lead.

Muni 🆁🅰🅹 Kumar started their career at Apexon, where they managed service delivery to various accounts and promoted continuous process improvement and customer satisfaction.

At Dell EMC, Muni led cross-functional programs and facilitated Scrum ceremonies, resulting in more agile and efficient development processes.

Muni 🆁🅰🅹 Kumar then worked as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master at MMSG, where they introduced SAFe ways of working and facilitated Agile events for multiple teams.

Muni also served as an Agile Coach at Monash University and National Australia Bank, helping teams transition to Agile practices and implementing efficient tools like JIRA and Confluence.

Muni 🆁🅰🅹 Kumar further enhanced their coaching and facilitation skills at DXC Technology and Telstra, where they worked as a Scrum Coach and Master.

Most recently, Muni held the role of Scrum Master and Delivery Lead at NAB, where they facilitated Scrum at scale, collaborated across teams, and championed risk management. Currently, they are the DevOps Delivery Lead at Bunnings.

Muni Raja Kumar Dharmavaram pursued their higher education at Sri Venkateswara University. From 2001 to 2003, they completed their MS in Information Systems and BCA in Computer Applications.
