Sophie Robinson

Sophie Robinson is an experienced Human Resources professional with a comprehensive background in risk management and compliance. Since joining Bunnings in March 2019, Sophie has held several key positions, including Enterprise Risk & Compliance Manager, People Advisory Manager, and ER Projects Lead for Australia and New Zealand. Prior to Bunnings, Sophie worked at Employsure as an Employment Relations Adviser and held various HR roles at The ORS Group and Downer. Sophie's career began with a practicum as an HR Administrator at VisAbility and has progressively advanced through roles with increasing responsibility. Sophie holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Edith Cowan University, completed in 2014.
