Joseph Palacio Valle

Joseph Palacio Valle has a diverse work experience in the technology field. Joseph started their career as an IT Support Technician Intern at Gensler, where they gained hands-on experience in identifying and repairing software and hardware issues.

After their internship, Joseph joined SYKES Costa Rica as a Cisco Pre-Sales Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for creating quotes for customers, providing product information on Cisco equipment and technologies, and giving specifications related to enterprise networking equipment.

Following their time at SYKES, Joseph joined Akamai Technologies as an Associate Cloud Support Engineer. Joseph was involved in solving technical aspects of Akamai products and services, particularly in customer implementations. Joseph collaborated with the support, engineering, and account teams to deliver exceptional customer service and improve the company's reputation.

Currently, Joseph is working at bunny.net as a CDN Support Engineer II. Further information about this role is not provided, suggesting that they recently started this position.

Joseph Palacio Valle completed their high school education at CEDES Don Bosco from 2017 to 2019, where they obtained a degree in Networking high school level technician with a focus on Cisco. Following that, they enrolled at ULACIT in 2020, pursuing a degree in Computer Science, which they are expected to complete in 2024.

In addition to their formal education, Joseph has obtained various certifications. In August 2020, they obtained the C1 BELT English certification from CINDE - Agencia de Promoción de Inversión de Costa Rica. In October 2019, they received the TOEIC reading, listening, and speaking certification from the Centro Cultural Costarricense Norteamericano. In January 2019, they completed the Security Week program offered by Akamai Technologies. Joseph also holds certifications from Cisco, including the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) with 4 modules, as well as the IT Essentials certification. Moreover, they have received the Tools for Success - English Scholarship from CINDE - Agencia de Promoción de Inversión de Costa Rica.
