Juanita Casas is the current Director of Customer Operations at Bunny Studio. Prior to their current position, they served as the Head of Operations at Voice123 from October 2014 to December 2017. During their time as Head of Operations, they were responsible for maintaining a smooth operation in the company by analyzing data trends, finding problems and proposing solutions, building relationships with freelancers and maintaining sales goals, and opening new opportunities. Before Voice123, Juanita worked as an Assistant Manager at Temkin International from June 2012 to July 2013 where they were responsible for building and maintaining company KPIs, generating financial reports for stakeholders, generating productivity reports, implementing and tracking proposed projects from General Management, and leading and managing the translation and localization of the Temkin International website into Spanish. Juanita has also held positions as an Assistant Graduate student in Administration at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana from June 2011 to December 2011 and as a Production Trainee at Grupo Familia l SCA from January 2011 to July 2011.

Juanita Casas has a professional development background in strategic business management from Harvard Extension School and is also certified in distributed management from Remote-how, Inc. Juanita has a mastership in prospecting from Winning by Design and an MSc in industrial economics and management with a specialization in entrepreneurship from Blekinge Institute of Technology.
