Jan Middendorp

Jan Middendorp has a varied work experience spanning several industries and roles. Jan is currently working at bunq as the Head of Corporate Development & Strategy since November 2021. In addition, they hold the position of Board Member at Tricount starting from May 2022. Jan Middendorp is also a Member of the Board of Trustees and chairman of the audit committee at vfonds - Nationaal Fonds voor Vrede, Vrijheid en Veteranenzorg since November 2021. Previously, they worked at Techleapnl as a Special Advisor from April 2021 to November 2021. Before that, Jan Middendorp was a Member of the Dutch Parliament from March 2017 to April 2021. Jan has prior experience as a Banker at SNS Bank from February 2015 to March 2017, at Rothschild from January 2010 to December 2014, and at ABN AMRO from January 2003 to December 2009. Jan Middendorp also worked as a Consultant for Campaigns at BKB | Het Campagnebureau from December 2000 to December 2002 and as a Coordinator at NietNix from January 1999 to January 2000.

Jan Middendorp completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 1996 to 2000. Following this, they pursued further education at the University of Amsterdam and obtained a Master of Arts degree in Economics from 2000 to 2003.
