Pepijn Paans

Pepijn Paans has a diverse range of work experience. In 2016, they worked as a host at the DeLaMar Theater, where they aimed to make guests feel welcome. Pepijn also served as a research intern for Griffin Discoveries BV, conducting value and risk assessments for drug development programs. In 2017, they collaborated with SlimStock as a research intern, creating a simulation-optimization model for retail store replenishment. Pepijn then joined VanMoof in 2018, starting as a supply chain planner and later becoming a project lead in supply chain and operations. Notable achievements include setting up a continuous outlet and automating replenishment rules for stores worldwide. In 2022, Pepijn joined bunq as a product owner.

Pepijn Paans has a comprehensive education history. Pepijn began their educational journey by completing their VWO (natuurkunde-scheikunde) at Berger Scholengemeenschap, where they studied from 2007 until 2013. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, and Innovation at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 2013 to 2016. In 2015, Pepijn participated in an International Business Exchange Program at The University of Manchester.

To further enhance their education, Pepijn pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Transport & Supply Chain Management at VU Amsterdam from 2016 to 2017.

Apart from their academic qualifications, Pepijn also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Orange Belt certification from Bureau Tromp in March 2023.
