Lee Matthews

Lee Matthews has extensive experience in sales and account management within the health insurance sector, particularly in the Asia region. Currently serving as the Head of Sales for SEA & Australia at Bupa Global since April 2012, responsibilities include managing large corporate clients and overseeing corporate sales and account management in South East Asia. Prior roles include leadership positions such as Head of Intermediaries and Senior Business Development Consultant, where sales distribution across several countries was managed, alongside training intermediaries to enhance their health insurance product portfolios. Lee’s career began at Bupa International in January 2005 as a Business Development Consultant, where notable achievements included assisting multinational clients in finding suitable health insurance solutions. Educational background includes studies at Colchester Institute.
