Benson Tait

Benson Tait is a seasoned professional in experience design and digital product management, currently serving as General Manager Experience Design at Bupa since April 2022. Previously, Tait held multiple leadership roles at AGL Australia, including Experience Design & Research Capability Manager, where responsibilities encompassed the digital user experience for customer-facing and internal assets across various platforms. Tait's career also includes positions such as Head of Digital Product at RACV, Head of Product & Experience at Factor5 Software, and digital consultant roles at Australia Post and RMIT University, showcasing a robust background in digital transformation, product development, and user experience optimization. Tait holds a Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication and Design as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from Swinburne University.
