Julia Halliwell is an experienced leader in customer service operations and operational planning, currently serving as the Head of Customer Service Ops Hub at Bupa since August 2014. Prior to this role, Julia held the position of Senior Manager - Operational Planning at Bupa and worked as the Head of Service Design & Delivery at Capita O2 Partnership from July 2013 to July 2014. Julia has extensive experience with O2 (Telefónica UK), where roles included Design & Delivery Lead, Head of Real Time Planning, Head of Pay & Go Planning, and Real Time Planning Manager from April 2005 to July 2013. Earlier roles include Senior Planning Analyst at Vertex Data Science and Centre Specialist at The AA. Julia holds a BA Hons in History from Edge Hill University, earned between 1997 and 2000.
