Matt Dickerson has an extensive background in customer insights and analytics, having held leadership positions across multiple organizations. Most recently, Matt served as Head of Customer Insights & Decision Science and Head of Advanced Analytics & Insights at Bupa from August 2022 to September 2023. Prior to that, Matt was a Consultant at EnergyAustralia and the General Manager of Data & Insights at Momentum Energy, where Matt was a key leadership team member. Matt's experience also includes roles at Origin Energy as Senior Manager for CRM & Customer Analytics and Consumer Insights Manager, and at CUA as Consumer Insights Manager. Academically, Matt holds a B.Sc Honours in Physics from the University of Sussex and completed a year of study at Université Joseph Fourier.
