Natalie Moon

Natalie Moon is an experienced professional with a substantial background in service delivery and product management. Currently serving as a Product Service Owner for MyBupa at Bupa since January 2025, Natalie has previously held key roles at Quilter, including Business Channel Optimisation Readiness Lead and Service Delivery Manager from September 2019 to December 2024. Natalie's extensive experience at IBM from February 2007 to September 2019 involved several leadership positions such as Service Commencement Readiness PM and Global Programme Office Manager. Earlier career achievements include roles as a Project Manager at Natural England and as a Secretarial Assistant at English Nature. Natalie holds a BTEC in Business Studies from Peterborough Regional College and has foundational education from Jack Hunt Secondary School.
