Padmesh Nair

Padmesh Nair is an experienced professional in the health insurance and operations sectors, currently serving as the Head of the Bupa Capability Centre since June 2025. Prior to this role, Padmesh held key positions at Niva Bupa Health Insurance as Director of Customer/Partner Experience, Operations & Portfolio Management from April 2020 to November 2025, and at Apollo Munich Health Insurance Company Ltd. as CEO of the Digital Business Unit and Chief Operations Officer for a span of over 12 years. Earlier roles include various leadership positions in operations and customer service at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Limited, Medi Assist India Pvt. Ltd., and Medicare T.P.A Services (I) Pvt. Ltd. Padmesh holds an MSc in Insurance & Risk Management from Cass Business School, London, and a BE in Civil Engineering from Nagpur University.
