Rob Edmundson

Rob Edmundson has extensive experience in transformation and customer management across leading organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Transformation and Operating Officer at Bupa Global & UK since July 2013, Rob is responsible for delivering a three-year transformation plan, overseeing various functions including Brand, External Relations, and Strategy. Previously, Rob held roles within Bupa as Chief Customer and Transformation Officer and Director of Product, Proposition and Digital, managing substantial teams and revenue streams. Prior experience includes leading customer and channel management at Vodafone and serving as a Senior Manager at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence. Rob's career began at Accenture as a Management Consultant focusing on the retail market. Rob holds a BA Hons in Economics & Law from Durham University.
