Sarah West has over a decade of experience in recruitment and HR systems management, having worked with Bupa since April 2012 in various roles, including Recruitment Co-ordinator, Recruitment Advisor, Senior Recruitment Adviser, and Employee Experience Manager - HR Systems. Sarah's responsibilities included providing strategic recruitment support across multiple regions, managing recruitment teams, and facilitating the hiring process for clinical and managerial roles. Prior to Bupa, Sarah began a career in healthcare recruitment at Meridian Business Support after graduating with a BA (Hons) in Sports Management from the University of Central Lancashire in 2009.
