Brian Nelson

Brian Nelson is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in engineering and leadership roles across various companies. As a Payment Solution Engineer at EverCommerce since July 2023, Nelson applies expertise in payment systems. Nelson has served on the Board of Directors and as a Technical Advisor for Bur Financial Group since August 2022. Previously, Nelson was the Head of Technology at Goodwall from April 2022 to May 2023 and led Research and Development Projects at DB Schenker from August 2020 to April 2022. Notably, Nelson spent nearly seven years at PayPal, functioning as Lead Partner Solution Engineer and Head of Innovation Lab Scottsdale, and held the position of Lead Software Engineer at Vuria for a brief period in 2013. Earlier career experience includes serving as Senior Software Engineer at BASIS.ed from November 2011 to March 2013.
