Charles Hough

Charles Hough is an experienced market leader currently serving as Market Director for the Northeast and Canada at Burberry since October 2016. In this role, Charles oversees a portfolio of 16 locations across key markets including Chicago, Philadelphia, Toronto, and Vancouver, driving strategic initiatives for sales and brand growth. Previously, Charles held the position of Flagship General Manager on Michigan Avenue, recognized with the Global Icon Store of the Year award in 2021, and served as General Manager at Houston Galleria for Williams-Sonoma, Inc. from July 2012 to October 2016. Charles's career began at American Eagle Outfitters Inc., where contributions as Store Manager spanned from March 2004 to July 2012.
