Claire Salter FCIPD currently serves as Vice President, HRBP EMEIA at Burberry, where Claire is responsible for global employee relations & wellbeing. Prior to their current role, Claire held various HR positions at companies such as Arla Foods, Hitachi Capital, and We are Vista. With a strong background in HR management and employment law, Claire has extensive experience in advising organizations on strategic HR matters, employee relations, policy development, and restructuring exercises. Claire also has a legal background as a Solicitor, advising companies on various aspects of employment law. Claire holds a BA (hons) in French and Linguistics from the University of York, as well as qualifications in Legal Practice and Law.
