Grant Lowery

Grant Lowery is currently the EUC Support Manager for Retail IT at Burberry since June 2023. Prior to this role, Grant spent over twelve years at Apple, starting as a Genius in November 2010, where responsibilities included providing hardware and software support for Apple consumers and enhancing customer experiences with personalized recommendations. Grant later advanced to the position of Genius Bar Leader, managing a team of Apple Certified Technicians and ensuring high-quality service and repair standards while aligning with Apple’s environmental goals. Grant began the professional journey as an IS Analyst at Intrasource in early 2010 and completed education at Driffield Secondary School from 2000 to 2007.
