Jennifer Murray has extensive experience in IT service management and infrastructure, currently serving as the Global Networks and Infrastructure Director at Burberry since September 2018. Jennifer has held various key roles, including IT Service Management Director and Lead Major Incident and Problem Manager at Burberry. Previous positions include Service Lifecycle Manager at Sky Betting & Gaming, IT Service Management Consultant at iCore Ltd, and Head of Service Delivery at Nostrum Group.
