Mitzi White is a Senior Retail & Operations Leader with over 10 years of experience in the beauty industry, specializing in FMCG and scale-up operations. Currently serving as the Global Retail Standards & Operations Manager at Burberry, Mitzi has previously held key positions at Urban Decay Cosmetics and MAC Cosmetics, where they developed team coaching strategies and led artistic initiatives. Mitzi also contributed to community outreach as a Viva Glam Ambassador for the MAC Aids Fund.
