Taylor Searles is the Director of Finance at Burberry, a position held since October 2009, with a diverse range of leadership roles that include Market Director for Outlets, Director of Strategy and Retail Performance, and Senior Manager of Strategy. Searles has been instrumental in leading the development of strategic and financial plans for the Americas, creating an omni-channel distribution approach, and overhauling long-term strategies for the U.S. operations. Previous experience includes managing a customer database to drive retention and enhance marketing effectiveness, as well as overseeing business intelligence reporting for retail analytics. Searles holds a BA in Economics from Duke University, earned in 2008, and was recognized with the 2013 Burberry Icon award for innovation. Prior to Burberry, Searles worked as an Investor Relations Analyst at Qualcomm.
