Victoria Moffat

Victoria Moffat is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and commercial matters. Currently serving as Associate Director at Burch&Co. since July 2021, Victoria previously held the position of Senior Associate at the same firm, and before that, served as an Associate at Burch + Co Lawyers. Victoria's expertise encompasses capital raising structuring for start-ups and SMEs, commercial contract negotiations, and shareholder dispute resolutions, among other areas. Earlier experience includes working as a Lawyer in Property & Finance at Cornwall Stodart, where Victoria managed lending arrangements and performed due diligence for private lenders.
