AJINKYA MUSALE is a Lead Simulation Engineer at Burckhardt Compression with a background in mechanical engineering. With experience in new product development, design modifications, optimization, analytical calculations, and team management across various roles in research and development, AJINKYA has a strong foundation in FEA and ANSYS software. Prior to joining Burckhardt Compression, AJINKYA worked at Tata Consulting Engineers Limited as an Assistant Manager and Senior Design Engineer, focusing on product design and development. With a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from SV NIT SURAT, GUJARAT and a Bachelor's degree from Pune University, AJINKYA brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the field.
