Gabriella Stecher

Gabriella Stecher has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Manager at Burckhardt Compression since January 2015, overseeing approximately 415 employees across multiple departments, including Sales, Contracting/Engineering, Procurement, Quality, Finance/Controlling, Marketing/Communication, Human Resources, and IT. Prior to this role, Gabriella took a sabbatical from June to December 2014 and held the position of Leiterin Human Resources Management at rlc-packaging group from August 2011 to May 2014, supervising HR operations in Germany and Switzerland. Gabriella's career in human resources began at Limmatdruck, where Gabriella worked from August 1999 to July 2011 as Leiterin Human Resources for Limmatdruck and Zeiler AG, and previously at Migrol AG as Leiterin Personaladministration from August 1993 to July 1999. Educational qualifications include a CAS in Business Administration from Fachhochschule Nordwestschweiz Olten and a CAS in Personnel and Organizational Development, along with certification as an Eidg. Personalfachfrau from NbW Zürich.
