Kathrin Bosshard -Weber

Kathrin Bosshard-Weber is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in the field of thermodynamics and engineering process development. Since November 2012, Kathrin has held various roles at Burckhardt Compression, currently serving as the Lead Engineer for Process Gas Compressor Systems, where responsibilities include leading engineering support for special equipment and developing engineering standards and tools. Prior to this, Kathrin worked at MAN Diesel & Turbo Schweiz AG as a Teamleader and Thermodynamic Engineer, focusing on the thermodynamic design of turbo compressor retrofit projects. Educational qualifications include a Diplom-Ingenieur in Mechanical Engineering from ZHAW School of Engineering and a Certification of Advanced Studies in Innovation Research and Development from Swissmem Academy.
