Katharina Herrmann

Katharina Herrmann is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and management roles across various organizations. Currently serving on the expert advisory board of Seatti since July 2024, Katharina holds a position as a supervisory board member at New Work SE since June 2022 and as an executive board member and HR director at Hubert Burda Media since October 2018. Previously, Katharina was the Chief Human Resources Officer at 50Hertz Transmission GmbH from July 2012 to September 2018 and worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company from January 2005 to July 2012. Academic qualifications include a Magister Artium and PhD in Classical Philology, Ancient History, and Italian Literature from Universität Greifswald, along with Part II of the Classical Tripos from the University of Cambridge and foundational studies at The University of Bonn.
