Sarah Prost has over 28 years of experience in quality management within the food industry. Currently serving as Directrice qualité and Responsable Qualité at Alpes Contrôles since September 2004, Sarah has developed extensive expertise in quality assurance. Prior to this role, Sarah worked for GERBE SAVOYARDE from August 1995 to August 2004 as a Technicienne qualité, specializing in industrial bakery and pastry production.
