Matthew Onstott

Matthew Onstott is an experienced engineer currently employed at the Bureau of Engraving and Printing since March 2016, where responsibilities involve formulating and maintaining engineering and quality standards, as well as conducting root-cause analysis for process improvements. Prior to this role, Matthew worked as a research scientist at Innovative Imaging and Research, focusing on device characterization and image processing, and served as a graduate laboratory instructor at the University of New Orleans, teaching physics lab courses. Additional experience includes software development at Vitran Express and academic tutoring at Primagama English. Matthew has held leadership positions such as Student Body President at Wichita State University and gained diverse educational qualifications, including a Master’s Degree in Applied Physics and a Certificate in Data Science from Harvard Extension School.
