Colonel Ashvini Goel

Colonel (Dr) Ashvini Goel (Retd.) is a seasoned expert in Hospital and Healthcare Systems Management with a robust career spanning several decades. Currently serving as a Member of the Sub-committee and Committee Member at the Bureau of Indian Standards since June 2015, Ashvini also brings expertise as an External Consultant for Quality Assurance at the National Health Systems Resource Centre since May 2019. Furthermore, Ashvini is a Founder Member and Past-President of the Telemedicine Society of India, active since January 2000, and holds the position of Director with the Government of India since December 1985. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Health Care Administration from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, an M Phil in Hospital & Health Systems Management from BITS Pilani, and ongoing studies in Global Supply Chain Management and Internal Audit. Ashvini earned an MBBS degree from the Armed Force Medical College, Pune.
