Umang Gupta

Umang Gupta is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in various roles across government and private sectors. Currently serving as a Consultant at the Bureau of Indian Standards since October 2023, Umang has previously worked as a Young Professional on the National Career Service Project at the Ministry of Labour & Employment from June 2022 to March 2023. Prior to that, Umang held the position of HR Consultant at Motherson Technology Services, focusing on Talent Acquisition from October 2021 to May 2022. Experience also includes an Engineer role at the Ministry of Jal Shakti, where duties involved coordination and consultancy from August 2019 to September 2021, and an Assistant position at Convergys handling induction programs and grievance management from August 2017 to July 2019. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from YMCA University of Science & Technology and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Kurukshetra University.
