John Noneman

John Noneman has over three decades of experience in project management and information technology, primarily with the Bureau of Land Management since 1986. As a Senior Project Manager, John has overseen large, complex wildland fire IT projects for the National Interagency Fire Center and managed various significant information technology projects for the National Operations Center, including the Navigator and Minerals and Land Management System. Additionally, John's comprehensive wildland fire experience includes multiple firefighting roles and leadership positions. Prior to their tenure at BLM, John served as Assistant Personnel Systems Manager for the Nevada Air National Guard, managing personnel computerized systems. John holds a Master's Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Ecology from Sierra Nevada College.
