Vance Warren

Vance Warren is an experienced civil engineering professional with a strong background in managing facility activities within various governmental organizations. Currently serving as a Civil Engineering Manager at the Bureau of Land Management since June 2019, Vance previously held positions as a Forest Engineer at Eldorado National Forest and as a Regional Facilities Engineer at the U.S. Forest Service. Responsibilities included analyzing facility portfolios to optimize funding for employee safety and public amenities. Vance's experience also encompasses architectural design, project management, and engineering internships, with notable contributions to structural components for commercial buildings and projects like the Fremont Bridge.
