Bruce Quig

Bruce Quig possesses extensive experience in the field of computing and meteorology, currently serving as the Manager Application Engagement Services at the Bureau of Meteorology since April 2008. Bruce has held various roles within the organization, including Project Manager for Public Services Transformation and Flood Forecasting and Product Generation Manager. Prior to this, experience includes positions at Deakin University as a Senior Research Programmer/Analyst and at Monash University as a Research Programmer. Additionally, Bruce managed the Wine Information Bureau at the SA Wine Industry Association from 1991 to 1994. Bruce holds a PhD in Computing and a Bachelor’s degree with Honours in Computing, both from Monash University.
