Enrico Somaschini

Enrico Somaschini, MBA, currently serves as the Manager of Applications Support at the Bureau of Meteorology since November 2022. Previously, Enrico held the position of Platform Support Specialist for Asia Pacific at ON24 from June 2019 to October 2022 and was the Lead IT Applications Engineer for Asia Pacific at PageGroup from January 2016 to June 2018. Enrico's earlier experience includes roles such as Information System Manager and Project Manager at Darty plc from April 2007 to March 2014, and ERP Consultant at Sergros from February 2002 to March 2007, focusing on business processes and ERP migration projects. Additional project management experience was gained at Vodafone IT from February 2001 to February 2002. Enrico's educational background includes an Executive MBA from MIP Politecnico di Milano and a Postgraduate degree from Tongji University, alongside a Laurea in Management, Economics, and Industrial Engineering from Politecnico di Milano. Enrico also holds a Prince2 Foundation Certificate in Project Management from ILX Group and completed a Transition Course in Information Technology Project Management at WYWM Academy.
