Nicole Wardrop has held various roles throughout their work experience. Nicole began their career as an Administrative Assistant at the Murdoch Childrens Research Institute in 2012, where they worked until 2015. Nicole then worked as a Private Tutor at Tutoring for Excellence, DFW, LLC for a few months in 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Research Statistician at the Murdoch Childrens Research Institute. Following this, they had an industry placement at the Geological Survey of NSW within the NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment. In 2018, they worked as a Research Assistant in the Molecular Epidemiology Group at the Murdoch Childrens Research Institute. From 2019 to 2020, Nicole worked as an Advisor in Analytics & Insights at the North East Link Project. Nicole then joined GHD Digital, first as a Data Scientist from 2019 to 2022, and later as an Advanced Analytics and Data Science Lead from 2022 to 2023. Additionally, they have been involved with the Goulburn Murray Resilience Taskforce as a Community Member from 2022 to the present. Currently, they are working as a Data Engagement Lead at the Bureau of Meteorology since 2023.

Nicole Wardrop's education history began in 2000 when they enrolled at Westbourne Grammar School. Nicole completed their VCE (Victorian Certificate of Education) at this school and graduated in 2012. Later, from 2014 to 2017, Nicole attended Monash University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science Advanced - Research (Honours) degree. Their areas of study within this program included Geological and Earth Sciences, as well as Statistics.

During their time at Monash University, Nicole also participated in an exchange program at Uppsala University from 2016 to 2017. At Uppsala University, they focused on Ore Petrology and Statistical Inference Theory. Unfortunately, no specific information is available regarding their enrollment dates or course of study at the University of Melbourne.

In addition to their formal education, Nicole has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Most recently, in July 2021, they acquired the Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals certification from Microsoft. In June 2020, Nicole completed the Delta Lake Essentials certification provided by Databricks. Prior to these certifications, they obtained their Rescue Diver qualification from PADI in January 2013. Information on CPR and First Aid Level 2 certifications, including the institution where they were obtained and the specific dates, is not available.
