Suzi Adams

Suzi Adams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and quality assurance, currently serving as the Observing Strategy Implementation Manager at the Bureau of Meteorology since September 2020. In addition, Suzi operates as a Director at DRASMA Consulting. Prior to these roles, Suzi had a successful career at GSK from February 1997 to December 2019, advancing through various positions including Project Manager - Strategy & PMO, BFS Programme Manager, and Continuous Improvement Manager. Notable achievements include leading major projects in regulatory compliance, batch size optimization, and implementing continuous improvement processes. Suzi began a career in quality assurance at Carlton & United Breweries and ExxonMobil, holding roles that fostered a strong foundation in chemistry and regulatory compliance. Suzi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Monash University.
