Sylvia Wu

Sylvia Wu has over a decade of experience in various administrative and marketing roles, currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Information and Technology Officer and the Group Executive Data and Digital at the Bureau of Meteorology since May 2017. Previously, Sylvia held the position of Executive Assistant to the General Manager of Policy and Capability at the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as a Personal Assistant to the CEO at Caring for You Nursing Agency, an Email Marketing Coordinator at Menulog Group Limited, and a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Treasury Wine Estates. Sylvia began her career as a Temp/Contract Recruitment Consultant at QPL Limited and a Sales and Marketing Assistant at Astron Plastics. Sylvia holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Marketing and Management from the University of Melbourne, completed from 2007 to 2009, following secondary education at Doncaster Secondary College from 2000 to 2006.
