Victoria Dodds is an experienced water and environmental prediction services manager with over a decade of leadership at the Bureau of Meteorology since October 2012, overseeing a team of specialists in flood operations across multiple Australian cities. Victoria has previously held significant roles, including Flood Services Manager in Queensland and Senior Hydrologist, where responsibilities encompassed project management for flood forecasting frameworks and national coordination of flood operations. Prior to working at the Bureau of Meteorology, Victoria served as a Senior Hydrometeorologist at the Met Office and held various meteorological roles at the Environment Agency. Victoria holds an MBA from the University of Exeter, an MSc in Applied Meteorology from the University of Reading, and an MA with Honours in Geography from the University of Aberdeen.
