Tony Phipps

Tony Phipps is an experienced cybersecurity professional with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as an ICS Cybersecurity Specialist at the Bureau of Reclamation since January 2022, Phipps has held various key positions in information security, including Blue Team Director at CipherTechs, Inc. and multiple roles at the Defense Logistics Agency, where responsibilities included Cyber Defense Analyst and Incident Handling Lead. Phipps also served in the US Army as an Information Technology Specialist, receiving the Bronze Star Medal for contributions during Operation Enduring Freedom. Phipps holds a Bachelor of Computer Science in Information Systems Security and an Associate of Applied Science in Network Systems Administration from DeVry University.
