Harry Juneau

Harry Juneau, Ph.D., serves as a Senior Preparedness Analyst at the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement since June 2021. Previously, Harry Juneau held the position of Senior System Engineer at Zimmerman Associates, Inc., supporting the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program for the Submarine Force Pacific Fleet. As a Deputy Naval Reactors Representative at the National Nuclear Security Administration from July 2013 to August 2017, Harry Juneau led a team of nuclear regulators to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Notably, Harry Juneau has extensive experience managing Quality Assurance and Emergency Planning for Naval Nuclear Propulsion Plants and overseen nuclear submarine refurbishments. With a Ph.D. in Business Administration and multiple degrees in engineering and computer science, Harry Juneau's expertise encompasses various aspects of nuclear propulsion and engineering management.
